Please note that if an artwork is part of a current exhibition, the artwork will be shipped after the exhibition ends.
Orders are usually dispatched within the next 4-10 working days after you have placed the order.
FINLAND: PICK-UP You can also contact us for a pick-up possibility in Turku area. Pick-ups will be agreed separately via email.
RETURNS If you wish to return the ordered item, you must inform us of the return within fourteen (14) days from the receipt of the ordered item. Please inform us by an e-mail, which includes your order ID number. You will receive instructions on how to proceed via e-mail.
The return costs are on customer’s responsibility.
Returns must meet the following requirements:
The item is in a new condition
The returned item must correspond to the item delivered
The item is returned in its original packaging in good condition, all in a package properly closed
Should you have used the item and, therefore, it does not correspond with the item delivered, you are liable for the reduction of value, in maximum to the total value of the item.
Customized and/or made-to-order artwork pieces cannot be returned or changed.
If you have received a wrong or faulty item you must inform us at store@pau-ladesign.com with no further delay within 4 days from receiving the item. Follow the instructions for the return received by an email from us.
DEFECTIVE GOODS & LIABILITY We have a mandatory liability for defects based on the applicable consumer regulations. You have a right to return the defective items. Please inform us of any defective items as soon as possible. We will try to replace these items with an undamaged item as soon as we get a replacement.
If by chance the item has broken during the transport, please notify us without delay within 1-3 days after receiving the parcel, and please make sure to send us a picture of the damage, also the package.
Notwithstanding the applicable mandatory regulation, you agree to that Pau La Design’s total liability shall be limited to the purchase price actually paid to Pau La Design.
These terms and conditions apply to the entire contents and orders placed at Pau La Design’s website (“Site”). Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. Placing an order indicates that you accept the terms. These terms will form a contract between you and Pau La Design. SELECTION OF THE ONLINE STORE Pau La Design’s online selection consists of handmade unique artworks and objects. Each one is handmade and thus may have little variations in shape, size, texture and color, that are all part of the characteristics of the piece. Items should not be considered as faulty products because of these features.
PAYMENT
Payments are made via Stripe. You may pay via credit card.
Stripe is the only payment facilitator of the Site and the payment process is conducted in the online service of Stripe. All information is exchanged through secured connections. Stripe Terms and Privacy Policy are found here.
The trade happens between the online customer and Pau La Design.
PRICES
The prices are displayd in Euros and include the Finnish VAT 25,5%. Unique artworks have 14% VAT.
Prices do not include delivery or custom wishes. Shipping costs are added separately on top of the prices, depending on the shipping location.
Orders from non-EU countries might be subject to duties and/or taxes. Duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are due at the time of delivery.

Pau La Design partners do not have permission to use or distribute information for their own purposes.

We will keep the information for the time needed for us to accomplish the uses mentioned in this Privacy Policy and to adhere to times required by law. We regularly review the collected personal data and take reasonable actions to ensure that no incompatible, outdated or inaccurate personal data are stored with us.
