The theme of the exhibition is Pantone's color of the year, 'Viva Magenta'. Each of the seven artists have approached the theme from their own perspective and through different materials: how to capture the glow of magenta into glass, ceramics or wood?
Pantone is a standardized international color system, whose color choice of the year is a significant signal of current phenomena. Exhibition is the first collaboration between UU Market and the Finnish Glass Museum.

Nuutajärvi is celebrating it’s 230 anniversary in glassmaking. This exhibition showcases wide range of artists somehow connected to Nuutajärvi and who are working with materials that are worked hot; metal, ceramics and glass. In the exhibition you can see an openminded collection of art pieces combining glass for example to videoperformance or living snails.
